Refund Policy

At Windriver Tool (WDT), we provide professional remote support services for computers, printers, networks, and connected devices. This Refund Policy explains the conditions and process for refund requests related to our completed services.

1. Nature of Service

All payments made to WDT are for professional technical support services delivered remotely. No physical goods are sold or shipped. By completing a payment, the client confirms that the transaction covers only digital or online service assistance.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within forty-five (45) calendar days from the payment date.
Refunds are considered only if:

  • The purchased service was not delivered as described.
  • A technical fault from our side prevented completion.
  • A duplicate or accidental payment was made.

Refunds will not apply if:

  • The service was completed successfully as agreed.
  • The issue lies beyond the service scope or coverage.
  • The client breached WDT’s Terms of Service.

3. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be made by sending an email to info@windrivertool.co.uk.
Include your name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
Requests made through phone or chat will not be processed.
Our billing team reviews all refund requests within five (5) business days and provides a written response.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days through the original payment method. Actual timelines depend on the client’s bank or payment provider.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

By submitting payment, the client agrees to WDT’s Terms of Service and confirms the transaction as authorized. Any chargeback or dispute initiated after service completion will be challenged with service records and client authorization evidence.

6. Complaint Resolution

All complaints and billing concerns are addressed within forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) working hours of receiving the client’s email, depending on the nature of the matter.
